Reporting illegal content

Email info@vivago.net with:

• the exact URL, or the review ID and map location, of the content;
• a substantiated explanation of why you consider it illegal, with available evidence;
• your name and an email address for our acknowledgement and decision, where legally required;
• a statement that you believe in good faith that the information in your notice is accurate and complete.

Names and email addresses are not required for notices relating to offences under Articles 3 to 7 of Directive 2011/93/EU. Do not attach illegal image files.

We assess notices carefully, objectively and without arbitrariness. Where electronic contact details are supplied, we acknowledge receipt and communicate our decision and available remedies. Anyone affected by a moderation decision may contact us for reconsideration. Statutory remedies remain unaffected.
