Cancellation Policy

These instructions apply to consumers concluding a contract for our digital services, particularly Premium subscriptions.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire fourteen days after the day of the conclusion of the contract.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

You may also submit your declaration electronically using Withdraw from a contract. We acknowledge receipt by email without delay, and a downloadable receipt is also provided. No sign-in is required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Immediate access and use

Premium access is provided after successful payment. Activation or use of the digital service does not, by itself, end your withdrawal right. If you withdraw, Vivago does not charge you for use during the withdrawal period.

An ongoing subscription is not fully performed merely by activating access. We do not request a waiver of your withdrawal right at checkout.

Statutory rules concerning the commencement and extension of the withdrawal period where instructions are missing or defective remain unaffected.
