Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract for digital services within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (for example by email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

For contracts involving digital content or digital services, the right of withdrawal expires if:

• the consumer has expressly agreed that the provider begins the performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and
• the consumer has acknowledged that he or she loses the right of withdrawal once performance of the contract has begun.
